Terms of sale

First Party Solution is sold by Riverton Ventures Inc., a Texas corporation (“we”). By buying, you (“you”, the store owner or the person buying for the store) accept these terms.
What you buy
- Kit ($497). Access to your private setup page, the relay software installed in your own Cloudflare account, the Shopify pixel code, written and video instructions, and software updates.
- Done for you ($1,500). Everything in the kit, plus installation by us on your Shopify, Cloudflare and Meta accounts within 48 hours after payment and after you give us the access we need, a match-quality check before handover, and a call to switch your campaigns over.
License
One purchase covers one Shopify store at a time. You may move it to another store you own; for several stores, buy one license per store. You may not resell, share or publish the software, the setup page or the instructions.
Delivery and payment
Prices are in US dollars and paid upfront through Stripe. The kit is delivered instantly online: your setup link appears after payment and in your receipt email.
Refunds
Because the kit is digital and delivered the moment you pay, all sales are final and no refunds are given. If you are unsure you can install it yourself, choose Done for you.
Updates
Software updates are included for the life of the product and install automatically while the access token you gave us remains valid. If you revoke it, updates wait until you provide a new one.
Your accounts and your data
The relay runs in your Cloudflare account and stores its data in your Cloudflare database. You are responsible for your accounts, for your customers’ consent and privacy notices, and for complying with Meta’s and Shopify’s terms. We keep an encrypted copy of your Cloudflare token only to install updates.
No guarantee on advertising results
We do not control Meta. We do not promise any result, advertising performance, account status or decision by Meta or any other platform.
Liability
The software and services are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost advertising spend.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
