CustomerLabs turns your Purchase into “Pur_1”. We keep it a Purchase.

CustomerLabs renames blocked events (“Purchase becomes Pur_1”) and keeps sending from your own flagged domain, for $129 a month and up. First Party Solution sends real Add to Cart and Purchase events, without the health details, from a source that isn’t flagged. $497 once.

Is your store flagged?

Meta publishes how it treats each store’s pixel, and any browser can read it. We read that public setting for your domain and tell you if you’re in restricted mode. No login, no access to your accounts.

FAQ

Does CustomerLabs fix Meta’s health & wellness restriction?

Their page says “CustomerLabs scrubs PHI, restores blocked Meta events,” by renaming events such as Purchase to Pur_1.

Renamed events or standard events?

CustomerLabs renames them. First Party Solution keeps standard Add to Cart and Purchase events and removes the health details instead.

Is First Party Solution a subscription?

No. $497 once for the kit, or $1,500 once if we set it up for you. Updates are included for life.

Can Meta still restrict my account?

You send standard events through Meta’s official Conversions API, with no health information in them. Meta’s rules can change, and nobody can promise how Meta will treat an ad account. We don’t make that promise either.
